What happens next

1. A short call about the building: age, roof type, leaks, plans, deadlines (insurance, milestone, budget).
2. An on-roof or in-unit assessment — moisture scan and cores for roofs, camera inspection for ducts, interior inspection for air handlers.
3. A written scope with system, thickness, product approval numbers, permit path, and phased pricing where that helps.
4. Your decision, with the scan data yours to keep either way.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing from every bidder, this company included: the Florida roofing license the work will be performed and permitted under, the product approval (NOA or Florida Product Approval) numbers for your exact system, and the specified dry-film thickness the warranty is based on. Proposals missing any of the three are not finished.
